TYPE C: Houses are on one level and accommodate 4
people or 5/6 when divans are used. All have a terrace with dining facilities and a sea view. Some
type C houses have a terrace and patio at the back of the house. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double
and 1 twin) and one bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and living/dining area. These villas are
ideal for families with two children or two couples who are willing to share a bathroom.
TYPE D: Houses are on one level and accommodate 2 people or 3-4 people when divans are used. They
are of varying sizes. Some have 2 terraces and others have a large terrace with a shaded area. One
type D house does not have a sea view but has a garden shaded by an olive tree. Each house has a
living-dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. This type of house is suitable for couples and
families with small children.
TYPE E: The type E studio consists of a living / dining / sleeping area with double bed, bathroom
and fully equipped kitchenette. There is a small terrace with a sea view and the entrance has a
patio and geranium flower beds.
